Non-Profit organization aiding and providing services for underserved populations is seeking a dynamic Contract Administrative Assistant for its corporate office in Los Angeles.
HYBRID schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes and tracks all agreements received by the contracts department.
Provides general administrative support
Maintains the organization of the department s contracts and compliance records.
Able to create graphs and charts based on data
Completes accurate meeting minutes, schedules meetings, prepares materials/presentations, hand outs and schedules training as needed.
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring all psychiatrist and nurse practitioners licenses are current.
Interacts with other internal programs, clinical/support staff and external sources such as school or community personnel as applicable.
Reports to work on time and maintains reliable and regular attendance.
High School graduate with related work experience;or Associate of Arts degree or equivalent from two (2) year College or technical school;or a minimum of four (4) years of office experience and/or training;or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of basic principles of contract law
Experience drafting contracts and legal documents
Knowledge of contract management systems such as EGMS. CLX. SharePoint, etc.
Excellent people skills and customer service oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
