Non-Profit organization aiding and providing services for disadvantaged populations is seeking a dynamic bilingual Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) office clerk/receptionist for on site support in their Rosemead offices!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs clerical tasks related to the maintenance of all client medical records.
- Provides assistance to patients and their families in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Provides clerical support services to clinical staff.
- Assists in the completion of intake paperwork for new clients including assisting new intakes with their financials.
- Communicates effectively in a culturally competent and diverse consumer population and promotes favorable interaction with managers, co-workers and others.
- Performs other duties and work projects as assigned.
